Prosecutors declined to file criminal charges against Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar, citing insufficient evidence. Miramar police had said Baker, 22, and another man flipped over a game table and pulled out firearms during the party on May 13. Baker is accused of stealing cash and watches from four men. If convicted, prosecutors say the punishment for robbery with a firearm is a mandatory minimum of 10 years and up to life in state prison. Dunbar, 28, and two others were accused of stealing from their victims, police said at the time.

His bond totaled $200,000, as he was charged with four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, Baker took off running. Dunbar and Baker were granted standard pre-trial release, meaning they can not travel outside of the state and must surrender any weapons or firearms.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Redskins traded for a quarterback coach Ron Rivera is plenty familiar with. Washington on Monday acquired Kyle Allen from the Carolina Panthers for a fifth-round pick and traded cornerback Quinton Dunbar to the Seattle Seahawks for a fifth-round pick, according to a person with knowledge of the moves. Rivera coached Allen with Carolina the past two seasons before being fired. The Panthers signed Allen as an undrafted free agent out of Houston. When that didn't materialize, the Redskins traded him and could turn to Kendall Fuller in that role after bringing him back on a multiyear deal.
