Pastor and accused child sex criminal Monte Chitty faced a Monroe County judge again Monday, a little more than two weeks after the 62-year-old returned to the Keys following his capture in Texas.

Marathon pastor Monte Chitty appeared sullen, with his head down, as two uniformed sheriff’s deputies led him from a van into the Key West jail Friday following his capture in Texas earlier in the month.

Authorities have captured a South Florida pastor who was wanted for sexual battery on a minor.
