Ex-Kentucky fugitive accused of theft in Broward caught in Miami with 5 stolen credit cards

A police officer stopped a white Mercedes-Benz with dark-tinted windows on Saturday afternoon in Miami’s Brickell area. It had a stench of marijuana, police said.
