Records show Sealey faces multiple charges in connection with that incident, including disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. (WPLG)Forte’s body was discovered after a massive search involving the U.S. Coast Guard, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Dustin Wolf, one of Forte’s friends, said he was from Connecticut and he had recently moved to South Florida after living in North Carolina. Investigators believe Forte was thrown into the water after the impact of the early morning crash in the Haulover sandbar area.

A child has suffered a traumatic injury at Haulover Inlet and has been airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Sky 10 was over the scene as Miami-Dade Fire Rescue rushed out to the sandbars at Haulover Inlet on Thursday around 2:30 p.m. and rushed to get the boy out of the water and onto their boat. He was on a gurney as they tended to him. Fire rescue drove the boat to shore where the child was taken by helicopter to JMH. Miami-Dade County issued the advisory Monday for Oleta River State Park, Greynolds Park, Haulover Inlet and Maule Lake. The Miami-Dade County Sewer and Water Department said a 48-inch wastewater pipe broke Sunday near 2500 NE 163rd St., so a contractor has been hired to install a bypass sewer line and connect it before and after the break points on the pipe, which is 12 feet beneath the water's surface. As a result of the ongoing sewage spill, a precautionary advisory has been issued to avoid recreational water activities in the area, including swimming, fishing and boating. While the repairs are being made, residents in northeast Miami-Dade County are being asked to conserve water to decrease the impact on the wastewater system.

The incident was reported around 12:40 p.m. off the 10300 block of Collins Avenue. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokeswoman Erika Benitez said the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
