¼ cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)

2 tablespoons lemon-lime soda, optional

club soda, as needed

Ice

Fill a highball / Collins style glass with ice.

Add in the tangerine juice, lemon juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon-lime soda. If you prefer your drink to be a little less sweet, you can leave out the lemon-lime soda. Top off with club soda.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Stir before drinking.

For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:

½ cup water

½ cup granulated sugar

4 sprigs rosemary

Combine the water, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Strain the simple syrup and let cool completely.

Store syrup in the refrigerator.
