Pull-Apart Cheesy Beef Sliders
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil

-1 cup yellow onion, small diced
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 pound ground beef
-½ cup beef broth
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire
-¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
-salt and pepper, to taste
-special sauce (recipe below)
-1 tray of your favorite pull apart slider (small) buns/rolls
-¼ stick of butter melted
-4 cups grated jack and cheddar cheese blend
-everything bagel spice, if desired
Place a fry pan over medium heat and add the oil and onions. Cook the onions until soft and add the garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the beef and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon. Drain some of the fat if there is more than 1 tablespoon of fat rendered.
Add the broth and cook down all the way stirring the meat to continue softening and breaking it apart. Add the Worcestershire and parsley.
Remove from the heat.
Cut open the pull apart buns in half keeping it all intact.
Spoon the sauce on both cut sides of the bread.
Top with 2 cups of the cheese then the meat then the cheese again and top with the bread. Brush with melted butter and if desired shake some everything bagel spice over the top.
Place in a 350˚F oven until toasty and the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
For the special sauce:
-1 cup mayonnaise
-2 tablespoons ketchup
-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-2 dashes hot sauce
-¼ cup small diced or minced bread and butter pickles
Combine all ingredients.
