Peanut Butter, Banana & Bacon Sandwich

bacon, cooked until crispy and golden brown

butter, for toasting the bread

Toast the bread lightly in a toaster. Spread creamy peanut butter on one side of the bread. Lightly mash a banana in a small bowl and spread the mashed banana on the other side of the bread. Add a few strips of crispy bacon, close the sandwich. Heat a few pats of butter in a sauté pan. Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown, enjoy.
