Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad
Ā½ cup golden raisins

1 bunch (about 4 cups) Brussels sprouts, shaved on a Japanese mandolin
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
Ā¼ cup freshly chopped dill
Ā¾-1 cup shaved parmesan
kosher salt
SautƩ the golden raisins in a little olive oil on medium heat until they plump up. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
Toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with the parmesan, dill fronds and plumped raisins. Add the oil and lemon juice and season with salt.
