Rosemary Oil

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

2-3 rosemary sprigs

Place the rosemary sprigs in a heat proof bowl. In a small pot, heat the oil until very warm. Pour the warm oil over the rosemary and allow to steep. Once the oil is completely cool, store in your refrigerator for about 3 months or room temperature 2 weeks.
