Ricotta & Pear Starter

1 cup fresh Ricotta cheese

2 whole pears, quartered, cored

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

drizzle of local honey

picked basil

2 cup watercress or arugula

lemon or lime

sea salt if available.

Serve all together, squeeze a little fresh lime or lemon over the top and a little salt.
