HOMESTEAD, Fla. ā A Homestead man is facing a felony charge after police said a woman found him masturbating in his car with his crying 2-year-old child in the back seat Wednesday.
According to a Homestead police arrest report, it happened just before 9 a.m. in the parking lot of the Walgreens at 1820 N. Canal Drive.

Police said the woman was in the lot when Marctavious Geter, 29, pulled up in a Nissan Altima. She said she went up to the car after hearing a child crying inside, seeking to offer help.
She told police that when she approached the sedan, she saw Geter masturbating while holding his phone, the report states. Authorities said he then drove off.
The arrest report states she followed him into the parking lot of a daycare located in the Audubon Plaza shopping center, located at 1541 SE 12th Ave., where Homestead police arrived and arrested him.
Police said Geter, as he was walking into the police booking room, ātossed a small clear baggieā containing suspected drugs.
Police wrote in the report that the drugs were suspected MDMA, but jail records show heās charged with possession of suspected cocaine, in addition to charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child under 16 and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
The arrest report doesnāt state who took custody of the child after Geterās arrest.
He was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond as of Thursday.
