Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Miami-Dade County, Broward County

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Miami-Dade County and Broward County. 

The watch will remain in effect until 11 p.m. 

Dangerous winds are likely to be the main threat of the storm system, although hail and isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
