Cold front moves into South Florida, dropping temps to the 50s

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Grab the sweaters and jackets as South Florida is feeling the 50s Tuesday morning as people head back to work and the kids head back to school.

While Tuesday will be seeing plenty of sunshine, don’t except it to warm up the temperatures much as we will continue to have the northwest wind keeping the cool air in place.

Highs are only expected to reach the low 70s.

Looking ahead, expect the next few days to stay dry with plenty of sunshine.

The northwest winds are still keeping advisories in place for beachgoers and boaters.
