Residence forced out of their Opa-locka apartments but placed in a hotel with deplorable conditions

From black mold to vermin, the residents of an apartment complex in Opa-locka said they’ve been forced to live with a plethora of unlivable problems for years and are now being forced to evacuate to a hotel that might also be considered a health risk.
