US congressman experiences medical episode while delivering speech

A U.S. congressman from Connecticut appeared to be experiencing a medical episode Monday right in the middle of delivering a speech on the House floor Lawmaker John Larson was expressing concerns over Social Security when halfway through his remarks, he suddenly went silent for about half a minute before continuing with his speech.
