First flight carrying Venezuelan deportees arrives in Caracas

The first of two flights with Venezuelan deportees arrived in Caracas Monday night. Minutes after 9 p.m. local time, the first plane from Conviasa landed. The announcement came from both the United States and Venezuelan governments.
