Steel barriers up in New Orleans for Super Bowl, Mardi Gras following attack

New steel barriers are up in the French Quarter in New Orleans to restrict access to Bourbon Street. The added security is for the Super Bowl, which takes place in less than two weeks, as well as Mardi Gras in March.
