Bodycam footage shows New Jersey officer saving baby’s life

Newly-released body cam video shows the moment a New Jersey police officer helped save a baby's life. Back in November, patrolman Chris Tudy arrived on the scene in Middle Township to find a mother attempting CPR on her 1-week-old baby.
