Ice from vehicle breaks windshield of other car on highway

It's winter and many parts of the U.S. are experiencing snowy and icy conditions that can make roads slick and hard to drive on. One woman in Illinois saw another danger -- the snow and ice on her vehicle. Lisa Anderson was driving down I-64 from Illinois toward Missouri with a friend when snow and ice from the roof of another car came flying straight into her windshield, breaking it completely.
