Man once accused of rape attempt now accused of raping woman in her Miami apartment

Police took a 26-year-old man into custody Tuesday after they said he entered a young woman’s downtown Miami apartment uninvited in August and raped her after threatening her with a broken glass bottle. Authorities said DNA evidence tied him to the crime.
