Window washer rescued from high-rise after equipment malfunctions

A window washer in Kansas City was rescued from a terrifying situation after becoming trapped several feet in the air. Fire rescue crews were called to a building on Tuesday after the worker became stuck between the 22nd and 23rd floors when his equipment malfunctioned.
