FAA investigates possible safety violations by SpaceX

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating possible safety violations by SpaceX. The FAA says SpaceX didn't include a readiness poll two hours before it launched an Indonesian satellite. It also alleges that the company used an unapproved control room for the launch.
