Good Samaritan rescues driver from submerged truck in New Orleans

A rescue was caught on camera in New Orleans as Hurricane Francine slammed into Louisiana as a powerful Category 2 storm. One driver's truck was fully submerged Wednesday evening at the Canal Street underpass when a good Samaritan came by to rescue the man.
