2 El Portal Police officers survive after being shot at by alleged burglary suspect

According to police, a suspected burglary suspect fired his gun at two El Portal Police officers during an alleged armed burglary. “As they’re pursuing, one of the officers pulls up on the right hand side -- that’s when he discharges,” police said. The suspect remains at large.
