FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A concourse at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is closed because of flooding.
Concourse G is temporarily closed, the airport said Tuesday on Twitter.
An earlier tweet said a water leak forced the closure of security checkpoints in Terminal 4 at concourses G and H.
The security checkpoint in Term. 4 Concourses G & H is closed due to a water leak. Please use checkpoints in Term. 3 Concourses E or F.

The concourse is home to Spirit Airlines. Airport officials tweeted later in the day that Concourse H is open, but the Terminal 4 checkpoint remains closed.
Travelers are asked to use the checkpoint in Terminal 3 in Concourse F and the connector from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4.
