FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Fort Lauderdale firefighters pulled one person from a vehicle Thursday that crashed into a tree and overturned, authorities said.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at 900 NE Third Ave.

Authorities had to shut down the road as the driver was rescued from the vehicle.
Authorities said the victim was taken to Broward Health Medical Center. His or her condition has not been released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
