They’ve pledged to reject the results when Congress meets Jan. 6 to count the Electoral College votes and to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s win. With the talk of that effort, former Miami-Dade County mayor and newly elected Republican congressman Carlos Gimenez says he is undecided.
