It is a contactless delivery system for a drive-thru pickup. When it is their turn, they can pull up to the distribution point with their windows up and their trunks open. There will be food packages for up to 500 families on a first-come, first-served basis.

The crash temporarily shut down MacArthur Causeway in both directions. Miami police officers closed two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane between the Miami Children's Museum and Jungle Island. Miami Fire Rescue took the person injured to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center. Detectives are investigating if speed was a factor in the crash.

Police pursued the car along the causeway before it drove into Biscayne Bay, Rodriguez said. The man then got out of the submerged car and took off his clothes before surrendering to police, Rodriguez said. Nobody was hurt, but divers searched the water to make sure nobody else was in the car. Miami Beach police had blocked off the westbound lanes of the MacArthur Causeway while they were investigating a fatal crash earlier in the morning.
