Crimestoppers of Palm Beach County is offering a $13,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of a suspect after at least one shot was fired at a sheriff’s office deputy Friday.

Palm Beach County detectives are seeking information about a “mistreated, brutalized” pit bull mix found injured in the Riviera Beach area earlier this month.

Lorie Sinclair, 46, is accused of stabbing a man and woman after a road-rage altercation near West Palm Beach. WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A South Florida woman was arrested after she stabbed two people after a road-rage altercation near West Palm Beach, deputies said. Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Teri Barbera said Sinclair was involved in a road-rage altercation with a man and woman near Okeechobee Boulevard and Jog Road shortly after 9 p.m. Monday. Barbera said Sinclair followed the couple, threw something at their vehicle and confronted them in a parking lot along Okeechobee Boulevard, where she stabbed them. Barbera said Sinclair fled after the stabbing, but detectives determined her to be the attacker and took her into custody.

Malcom Hodges, 29, is accused of punching a pregnant woman in her stomach and stealing her purse. LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. - A 29-year-old man was arrested Friday after he punched a pregnant woman in her stomach and stole her purse, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Malcom Hodges was arrested on charges of robbery and aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Barbera said he told deputies he commits robberies in the Lake Worth area "when he doesn't have any money." Hodges was being held at the main Palm Beach County jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

The skeletal remains of William Moldt, reported missing in 1997, were found inside a submerged vehicle in a retention pond in Wellington. WELLINGTON, Fla. - A South Florida man missing for 22 years has been found dead in a retention pond. Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office investigators said Wednesday that the skeletal remains of William Moldt were found in a vehicle submerged in a retention pond in the Grand Isles at Wellington community. "Upon removing the vehicle, skeletal remains were found inside." A satellite image of the pond from 2007 shows the vehicle in the water, but apparently nobody noticed it until recently.

Marcia Thompson appears in a Palm Beach County courtroom after her arrest on a charge of second-degree murder. LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. - A South Florida law enforcement officer who fatally shot her husband while he was lying on the couch in the living room of their home claimed she felt threatened by him, deputies said. Marcia Thompson claimed her husband continued to threaten her while she was getting ready for work before she shot him with her duty-issued gun. Palm Beach County court records show Thompson is a U.S. customs officer who works at the Port of Palm Beach. Thompson was being held without bond Monday morning at the main Palm Beach County jail.
