Coronavirus outbreak: 7 dead, 40 diagnosed at Regents Park nursing home
BOCA RATON, Fla. – The deaths attributed to the coronavirus pandemic continue to increase at the Regents Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton. The nursing home reported the largest coronavirus outbreak among long-term care facilities in Palm Beach County. About 50% of the deaths at long-term care facilities in Florida continue to be in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Officials have attributed 94 deaths to coronavirus outbreaks at 31 long-term care facilities in Palm Beach. On Saturday, the deaths represented about 35% of all of the confirmed coronavirus deaths in Palm Beach County.
