With Donald Trump as the presumptive Republican nominee and Democrats not holding a presidential primary in Florida in 2024, local races will be the most consequential items on the ballot in Tuesday’s Florida elections.

The Florida Presidential Primary Election was held Tuesday, March 19, although former President Donald Trump had already been declared the presumptive Republican nominee following the March 12 primaries in Georgia, Mississippi and Washington.
