The Miami Beach Police Department is praising the courage of a Miami Beach detective who arrested the wrong-way driver of a slingshot vehicle after a pursuit and a rough arrest on Sunday near Palm Island.

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – MacArthur Causeway traffic delays started late Friday night and continued on Saturday morning. There was also a crash in the westbound lanes of the MacArthur Causeway near Palm Island.
