A nonprofit is helping kids who are battling childhood cancer with their “Magic Yarn Project,” which provides kids with hand-knit beanies.

Epilepsy Alliance Florida, a nonprofit organization in South Florida, held its annual “Walk the Talk for Epilepsy” in Miami on Saturday morning.

The Make A Wish Veterans organization, which serves 100-150 veterans a week, has less than a week before they have to close up shop.
