A Broward County man accused of killing his estranged wife changed his plea to guilty in a Broward County courtroom on Wednesday, marking the end of a nearly yearlong case that had left a family and community grieving.

Police confirmed Tuesday that that the search for a missing Broward County woman had come to a tragic end.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is searching for a 39-year-old woman who has been reported missing.
