Attorney Michael Grieco told The Associated Press on Friday that the five witnesses attested that Dunbar was not involved in the robbery earlier this week. Grieco said the affidavits were presented to prosecutors in Broward County but authorities still want Dunbar to turn himself in. Each man faces four counts of armed robbery with a firearm. Baker, Dunbar and two other men began robbing other people at the party of thousands of dollars in cash, watches and other valuables, witnesses told investigators.

Miramar Police confirmed Saturday that both of the NFL players are behind bars at the Broward County Jail. On Thursday, Miramar Police put out a warrant for the arrests of Dunbar, 27, and Baker, 22, for the alleged $71,000 burglary.

Wednesday's city commission meeting was so packed that some protesters had to sit outside and watch the meeting on TV screens. The meeting was tense, at times sounding more like a sporting event than a city commission meeting. Miami Beach Commissioner Michael Grieco has publicly criticized the use of the chemical in the county's aerial spraying. "Somebody has to be the grown up here, and I don't think it's commissioner Grieco," Rosen Gonzalez said.
