The bullet that hit Bailey Braun went through her ankle and exited her heel, the girl's mother told Local 10 News. "The (driver) was going to move his gun, and it went off," Bailey said. (The driver) was like 'I'm sorry, I didn't know if went off.' "For not telling us there was a gun there, Uber should be held responsible," he said.

Broward Sheriff's Fire Rescue personnel found the three wounded at two locations in Pembroke Park. Two people were at the Broward Sheriff's Office substation at 3201 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. One person was at the RaceTrac gas station at 3031 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Broward Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating the shooting.
