Surveillance video obtained by Local 10 News on Tuesday shows the moments before and after a deadly downtown Miami crash police say was a hit-and-run caused by a social media model high on a party drug known as “tusi” — also known as “pink cocaine.”

Twenty-four-year-old social media model Maecee Marie Lathers held her head in her hands and rocked back and forth Monday morning as she faced a Miami-Dade judge who would decide whether she would be back out on bond.
