Aventura police Detective Carlos Rivas told Local 10 News the brothers were not the intended targets of Friday's incident. Rivas said police believe it was a pellet gun used to shoot at the animals. Rivas couldn't confirm which of the brothers were involved. The Jonas Brothers performed a concert later that night at the BB&T Center in Sunrise.
