Border Patrol agents are investigating after they say five individuals from both Haiti and the Dominican Republic were apprehended following a “migrant landing” on Hillsboro Beach Sunday night.

HILLSBORO BEACH, Fla. – A boat that was believed to have been carrying migrants was found ashore Hillsboro Beach Friday morning. Sky 10 was above the area near 1015 Hillsboro Mile shortly before 9 a.m.No migrants were in sight and the boat appeared to have been abandoned.
