Miami-Dade prosecutors were waiting for blood test results to decide whether or not to charge a 58-year-old man with DUI manslaughter, a second-degree felony with a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Police are searching for a gunman hours after a man was shot inside his home in southwest Miami-Dade County early Monday morning. Investigators taped off the residential area and have been going in and out of the blue and white house for much of the day. Miami-Dade County police say preliminary information indicates that a man entered the home and shot the victim, who was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. The video shows a white van pull into the driveway, followed by another car. Soon after, they all run back, the van speeds off and one person runs in the opposite direction, the video shows.
