While Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is preparing to sign the new congressional map that the Florida legislature recently passed, Democrats are preparing for the redistricting to cost them seats in the midterms.
On Tuesday, during a news conference, Gov. Ron DeSantis said he expects the Florida Legislature to pass a new map on congressional redistricting in the next “couple of weeks.”
Advocacy groups recently met in Miami-Dade County to denounce what they say are several oppressive Florida legislative proposals in the works.
