Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital will host its annual Special Needs Fair on Saturday, Sept. 14 in Pembroke Pines.

Nearly half of all babies in the United States do not have enough diapers, but there is an organization in South Florida working to put an end to that problem for local families.
