Police in Houston say two teens were killed and four were injured — including a 13-year-old girl — in a shooting at a makeshift club.

Three boys, ages 11, 12 and 16, and dubbed the “Little Rascals,” have been arrested for robbing a bank in Houston, authorities confirmed Wednesday.

Dhaliwal, a Sikh, became the first deputy in the Houston area to wear a turban and beard while on the force. The deputy's 10-year career was remarkable not just for breaking barriers, but for his volunteerism and popularity in the Houston area. He also helped at-risk youth in Houston, said Gurvinder Singh, international director of Sikh aid programs for United Sikhs. All Papa John's restaurants in the Houston area will donate 100% of their profits Tuesday to Dhaliwal's family, Papa John's Houston posted on Facebook.

Harris County Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal was shot "from behind... at least a couple of times" while conducting a traffic stop, officials said. "In a cold-blooded manner, ambush style, (he) shot Deputy Dhaliwal from behind," Gonzalez said. Robert Solis, 47, has been charged with capital murder in connection with Dhaliwal's murder, the sheriff's office said via Twitter on Friday night. A weapon was recovered that deputies believe was used to kill Dhaliwal, Gonzalez said. A nearby resident saw the shooting and rushed to help the deputy, Lee said.

Google Maps via CNN(CNN) - Three siblings died after they were overcome by waves while swimming in Texas. The four children between ages 7-13 were swimming at Sylvan Beach in LaPorte on Thursday night. One of them resurfaced and the bodies of the other three were recovered from the water, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted.
