A 31-year-old man is the sixth person to be arrested in connection with the death of a 7-year-old boy in Fort Lauderdale, authorities announced Wednesday.

A Fort Lauderdale woman, who is one of five people charged in the death of her 7-year-old son, appeared in court Thursday where she was ordered to be held in jail without bond.
