KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. – Officers arrested two suspects after stealing a car in Key Biscayne and crashing on Thursday afternoon in the Crandon Park area, police said. The suspects stole a car in the Village of Key Biscayne and were traveling northbound on Crandon Boulevard when they crashed, police said.
