MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – New surveillance video was taken moments before an 18-year-old woman was stabbed to death on South Beach. The deadly brawl took place just before 5 a.m. on Thursday on the corner of Collins Ave and Lincoln Road. The video shows punches being thrown before a woman falls to the ground. Seconds later a man wearing all black bolts across the street and appears to knock the woman over. One woman appears to be running with a wig in her hand followed by a man wearing all black and a woman with blonde hair.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. - A car crashed into a hair salon Saturday morning in Sunny Isles Beach. The crash happened at the Le Salon Paris located at 18130 Collins Ave. According to police, an elderly woman thought she was stepping on the brake and instead pressed the gas pedal. MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - A man stalked a jogger, followed her to the apartment building where she lives and attacked her in the elevator, Miami Beach detectives said Wednesday. The 68-year-old woman described the 9 a.m. attack at 4747 Collins Ave. as an attempted rape. Rodriguez said the elevator doors opened to the fourth floor during the attack allowing the victim to escape. Surveillance video shows the man walking out of the elevator on the first floor and running out through the front door. Rodriguez is asking anyone with information about the suspect to call the Miami Beach Police Department or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.

SURFSIDE, Fla. - The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club was temporarily evacuated Tuesday after Miami-Dade Fire Rescue received a 911 call about a strong chemical smell coming from the property, authorities said. According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials, the smell was coming from a loading dock at the hotel at 9011 Collins Ave. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Lt. Kirsten Miller said crews arrived to find four people at the loading dock experiencing minor symptoms. Crews could smell the faint odor of some kind of chemical. Miller, however, said there was a chemical outside at the loading dock but it dissipated and crews were unable to determine what kind of chemical it was.
