NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – North Miami Beach police passed out fliers Tuesday in hopes of finding someone with information about the fatal shooting of a cyclist that occurred over the weekend. North Miami Beach police Maj. Richard Rand said Tuesday that Cargill was killed just a day after another man was shot five times in the head just four or five blocks away. David Wayland, 50, was shot five times in the head on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, in North Miami Beach, authorities said.
