Melanie Garcia has been crowned queen at the 43rd annual Miss Carnaval Miami.

There will be three big parties this weekend in Miami-Dade County: Jazz in The Gardens in Miami Gardens, Carnaval Miami’s Calle Ocho Music Festival in Little Havana, and Miami Beach Live in South Beach.

Carnaval on the Mile in Coral Gables happens the weekend of March 5 and the Calle Ocho street festival in Little Havana is March 13.
