The car fire happened Wednesday morning just after 3:30 a.m. near Northwest Second Street in Miami. A Road Ranger, identified as Jose Luis Reyes, dragged at least one victim out of the burning car. "It's not the fist time they acted heroically, and it's not the first time that they've saved somebody's life out here," Trooper Jose Sanchez said. Troopers said the car crashed into the median concrete barrier before ricocheting onto the other side of the highway, where it caught fire.
