Prominent real estate broker George Pino appeared in court Wednesday via Zoom after being charged with felony vessel homicide related to a boating accident that claimed the life of a young passenger more than two years ago.

Miami-Dade prosecutors have filed a vessel homicide charge against George Pino Thursday in connection with a 2022 boat crash near Boca Chita Key that killed a 17-year-old girl and left another person seriously injured over two years ago.
